FRP-950X is a high-performance microencapsulated red phosphorus masterbatch designed for thermoplastic and thermoset polymers that require strong flame retardancy at low dosage. With ≥80 percent encapsulated red phosphorus, FRP-950X delivers UL94 V-0 performance at only 3–5 percent addition. Its halogen-free system, low moisture absorption, and excellent dispersion ensure stable processing, consistent mechanical properties, and long-term colour and surface quality. The advanced encapsulation technology improves safety, reduces dusting, and enhances compatibility across multiple polymer systems.
