FRP-750A Microencapsulated Red Phosphorus Masterbatch

FRP-750A is a high-concentration microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch developed for engineering plastics that require strong flame performance, low smoke and long-term mechanical stability. The formulation uses a new-generation compatibilizer carrier and precision twin-screw extrusion to deliver excellent dispersion, low phosphine release and stable processing behaviour. With ≥70 percent red phosphorus content, FRP-750A achieves UL94 V-0 at 2.0 mm using only 7–9 percent addition while maintaining structural strength and surface quality in demanding applications.
