PE-XT-141 Halogen Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch

PE-XT-141 is a high-efficiency halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch developed for polyethylene and foamed polyolefin applications. It contains ≥80 percent active flame-retardant content, enabling UL94 V-0 performance at 10–20 percent addition depending on polymer grade. PE-XT-141 provides strong anti-precipitation stability, clean surface appearance, and wide processing compatibility for injection molding, blown film, cast film, corrugated pipe extrusion, blow molding, and PE foam production.
