FRP-301Y3 Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch

FRP-301Y3 is a high-performance red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch engineered for PA6, PA66, PBT and PET systems that require exceptional glow-wire resistance, electrical insulation and mechanical stability. The product uses premium microencapsulated red phosphorus in an imported compatibilizer carrier to ensure excellent dispersion, low phosphine generation and stable processing. FRP-301Y3 delivers UL94 V-0 at 1.6–2.0 mm and meets GWIT 850 °C requirements at low addition levels of 12–14 percent, making it ideal for demanding electrical, automotive and appliance applications.
