FRP-950-1 Microencapsulated Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch

FRP-950-1 is a high-performance microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch designed for engineering polymers that require durable, halogen-free fire protection. It contains ≥80 percent red phosphorus and uses a high-compatibility polymer carrier to ensure strong dispersion, low migration, and long-term stability. FRP-950-1 achieves UL94 V-0 at 2.0 mm with only 3–7 percent additive loading while maintaining mechanical strength, surface appearance, and thermal processing performance.
