PPAP-31 Piperazine Pyrophosphate Halogen Free Flame Retardant

PPAP-31 is a high-efficiency halogen-free phosphorus–nitrogen synergistic flame retardant based on piperazine pyrophosphate. It delivers strong intumescent performance in PP, PE, EVA, TPE and selected PVC systems, forming a dense and stable carbon layer that reduces smoke, CO and dripping. PPAP-31 provides UL94 V-0 capability at moderate loadings, while maintaining mechanical strength, low density and excellent processing stability. It also offers long-term heat and humidity aging resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial, electrical, automotive and consumer applications.
