XJ-A2 Halogen-Free Rubber Flame Retardant Powder

XJ-A2 is a halogen-free, high-efficiency flame retardant powder formulated for rubber, elastomers and polyolefin systems. It uses surface-treated red phosphorus combined with a synergistic agent and silane coupling technology to improve thermal stability, prevent premature oxidation and enhance compatibility with EPDM, NR, NBR, SBR, CR, IIR and polyolefins such as PE and PP. During combustion, XJ-A2 forms a dense carbonized layer that insulates heat and restricts oxygen flow, delivering strong flame-retardant performance with low smoke and low toxicity.
