FRP-603H Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch

FRP-603H is a high-concentration, halogen-free red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch developed for engineering plastics. It is optimised for dark-coloured and glass-fibre-reinforced PA6, PA66, PBT and PET compounds. The product is produced by melt-blending and pelletising using advanced encapsulation technology, delivering excellent thermal stability, very low phosphine emission and strong mechanical performance. At only 8–9 percent loading, FRP-603H provides UL94 V-0 at 2.0 mm while maintaining tensile and impact properties in reinforced polyamide systems.
