PEFP-482 is a high-efficiency microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardant developed for polyethylene, EVA, polypropylene, ABS, and polymer foaming systems. Its advanced organic coating improves thermal stability, compatibility, moisture resistance, and dispersion while preventing oxidation, gas generation, and blooming. With ≥95 percent active phosphorus, PEFP-482 provides strong char formation and reliable self-extinguishing behaviour at low addition levels, making it suitable for construction foams, wire and cable compounds, and safety-critical foam applications.
