PEG-14 PE-Based Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch

PEG-14 is a high-efficiency halogen-free red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch formulated for polyethylene systems that require UL94 V-0 performance at low addition levels. It is produced using PE resin as the carrier through melt blending, micro-dispersion, and pelletisation, creating a clean, dust-free, and stable masterbatch. With ≥80 percent active red phosphorus, PEG-14 delivers strong char formation, excellent compatibility, and consistent processing behaviour in virgin and filled PE compounds.
