PA-50 Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch

PA-50 is a halogen-free red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch engineered for PA6 and PA66 systems that require high mechanical strength and V-0 flame performance. It uses stabilized, microencapsulated red phosphorus dispersed in a high-purity polyamide carrier, ensuring uniform dispersion, strong compatibility and safe, clean processing. PA-50 delivers UL94 V-0 at 2.0 mm with only 10–13 percent addition while maintaining impact performance, thermal stability and electrical insulation in reinforced polyamide compounds.
