IFR-18 Halogen Free Intumescent Flame Retardant

IFR-18 is a halogen free, APP-based intumescent flame retardant developed for polypropylene and epoxy resin systems. It provides high flame-retardant efficiency, achieving UL94 V-0 at 1.6 mm with 26–28 percent loading. IFR-18 delivers strong thermal stability, low smoke, and low toxicity while maintaining mechanical strength and colour stability. It offers improved anti-precipitation behaviour, reduced water-slip and bloom, and cleaner processing compared with traditional APP systems.
