XJ-85M Halogen Free Rubber Flame Retardant Masterbatch

XJ-85M is a high-efficiency halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch designed for rubber and thermoplastic elastomer systems. It combines red phosphorus with synergists and stabilisers through melt-blending to form clean, dust-free pellets. XJ-85M provides strong flame-retardant performance at competitive addition levels while improving processing safety, dispersion uniformity and long-term thermal stability. It eliminates the ignition hazards, dusting problems and handling challenges associated with powder red phosphorus, making it suitable for a wide range of elastomeric and rubber-PP composite applications.
