Flame Retardants

VP-22E Halogen Free Aluminum Diethylphosphonate Flame Retardant

VP-22E is a halogen free organic phosphorus flame retardant based on aluminum diethylphosphonate. It is developed for engineering plastics including PA 6, PA 66, PBT, and PET. The product provides strong thermal stability, low smoke generation, and reliable UL94 V-0 performance at 10 to 18 percent loading. It keeps mechanical properties stable and supports clean processing. VP-22E is a direct equivalent to OP-1230 and works effectively with nitrogen-based synergists such as MCA and MPP.
